Before we take massive action towards anything whether its work, love, or losing fat, we usually first go through 3 stages – contentment, frustration, and anger and we ultimately take action somewhere between frustration & anger.

So, number 1 is to keep a diary, right?

That’s why a diet that promotes 1-2 pounds of weight loss per week is a smarter option. If the diet sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
