I’m frankly surprised if you need to drink any other beverages if you stick to the recommended water intake of 8-10 glasses a day. If you must drink some sodas, go for the diet sodas at least. Reduce the sugar you put in your tea or coffee as well, if it is possible use low calorie sweeteners.With these tips in mind, you should have no problems keeping from gaining back the weight you have lost even after you stop your calorie shifting diet.
