Before I start to tell you something about a weight loss pill named “Proactol”, I would like you to think about this question: Do you hate Weight Loss products?

I hate them, and I even hate them more than you do. I’m pretty sure you would have the same feeling as mine, if you’ve already spent more than $1000 dollars on weight loss pills but still see a fatso in the mirror. Losing weight is hard and fairly expensive. But the thing bothers me is, I paid a lot but got nothing. Thousands of weight loss products are advertising how easily and how fast they could help you to lose weight. That’s not far from truth, as the speed of losing weight could really be faster than gaining it. However, many companies just want to make us believe we could lose pounds overnight, which is definitely negative.

Then, some days ago when I was surfing on the internet I came across the website of Proactol. I told myself, “Well, nice design with plenty testimonials, but I just don’t believe it can be better than the rest.” I may take more exercises instead of taking more useless pills.

You know, I’m too urge to loss some weight. So, every kind of weight loss method would be somehow pretty attractive to me. Yes, I made a decision which I thought I was doing a wrong thing once again at that time: 10 minutes right after I closed the website of Proactol, I opened it again on the browser.

I will not pay for any more weight loss products before I know about any true result. So I tried my best to research Proactol. I tried to find out some Protocal users, asked them if the product really worked. I searched on Google, collected every little information about it. Well, that was really a hard work.

I myself could even not believe the result. Proactol Works! I couldn’t believe it but actually it did work! Proactol helped people like me in a noticeable way!

According to what I’ve researched, Proactol will help you to slim down, even if you wouldn’t strickly take meals according to your diet-plans. That makes me exciting. To tell the truth, I like eating. I like to cook myself nice dinners and really enjoy them. For losing weight, I have to make myself diet-plans, and eat only foods on the plans. That’s the pain. I feel like having lost the biggest happiness in my life everytime sitting in front of the planned diets. However, this time, I’ve got the cure – Proactol.

As we can know, Proactol is the first clinically proven product (not airy-fairy advertiser hype) to reduce fat-intake ever, and it has already proved itself to the public customers. It’s not like the rest of products which only waste my time and confidence. I was happy to give it a try, and I’m now much happier that I didn’t let it just pass by my sight when the first time I saw it. I ordered 4 bottles, and I don’t think I will need it again.

I know many of you have the same feeling like me before. I just couldn’t believe I could succeeded in this battle of losing weight. When I was proven wrong, you should know how happy I was! I highly recommend you to get Proactol NOW if you want to win your battle as well.

Support: The missing diet link – Part 1

Many of us know how easy it is to look at ourselves in the mirror or look at the number on the scale and declare to ourselves that this is the day that our life will change for the better. Yes, this is the first day of our diet. We have a plan. We make a vow to ourselves, promising that this time we will tame that diet beast for good. We may buy a book. We may just start cutting calories, changing our eating habits or trying to exercise more. We know all, or at least most, of the right foods to eat. We’ve seen it all, heard it all and maybe even done it all before.

And yet, again, we fail. In a week, or a month, we have reverted back to our former ways. As we stand before that same mirror, or look down at the same scale, we ask ourselves where we went wrong this time.

For many of us, the answer is simple. We lack a support system. For some reason, a lot of us are ashamed to admit we need to go on a diet. We hope we can do it alone and suddenly, one day out of the blue, our friends and family will start commenting on how good we look and question what we did to lose so much weight. And won’t we just be so proud of ourselves!

Unfortunately, it takes a lot of will power and determination to go it alone. A support system provides something that the individual cannot achieve alone. That something is a higher level of accountability. Accountability is the one factor that forces each one of us to acknowledge and defend our actions. It’s a lot harder to lie to ourselves about that one donut we ate at the monthly business review meeting if we have to be accountable for that sneaky treat.

Accountability, or support, can come in different forms. It can be your spouse, a good friend, a diet program director, or even an online program. The main factor involved is being honest about what we’ve eaten, how much we’ve eaten, and why we think we are on the right track or not. If we’re not on track, a support system can provide encouragement and guidance so that tomorrow is a little better than today in terms of following the guidelines we need for success. A support buddy can bring us back into line when that little voice says, “It won’t hurt to eat just one more,” or “You already blew it today when you ate pizza for lunch, why bother trying to eat right now.”

Some of us are lucky enough to have a trusted friend or family member who can be kind enough to support us with encouragement, yet tough enough to be critical of our actions if we need to be brought back into line. Others will benefit more from the direction of a stranger, either a professional diet program counselor or a more impersonal connection to an online diet program.

Choosing a professional outsider creates a more business-like environment. And, let’s face it, a real diet plan is serious business. If a professional support system requires accountability in the form of keeping a written record, or journal, of foods eaten, quantities consumed, and maybe exercise programs followed, we will find ourselves with a business plan, of sorts, that shows us where we have been and gives us a direction for our future.

Seeking support for our diet program is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of strength and determination to get it right this time.

How to lose 20 pounds in two weeks

Losing 20 pounds in two weeks, while seemingly impossible, is scientifically possible. Fad diets may work, but usually damage your metabolism, make you sick, make you want to throw yourself off a cliff and inevitably the weight comes back. Liposuction works. It’s also expensive, painful, and seriously, why lose the weight to wear a bikini when even after six to eight weeks of being painfully bandaged like mummy, you’ll probably be covered in permanent scars and not be able to wear it anyway? Instead you can lose 20 pounds in a healthy way. It may not be easy. It may not be fun. It will work, and you will feel healthy and great at the end fourteen short days.

Of course, before starting any weight loss plan, you should consult a medical professional. You probably won’t do this, but you should. You won’t because you know darn well most medical professionals will throw a wet towel on any diet plan that will cause weight loss at such a drastic rate. Your doctor will instead suggest a sensible plan of diet and exercise which will allow you to drop one or maybe two pounds a week, until you slowly and healthily (and did I mention SLOWLY?) drop the weight you want to lose.

We both know you want to lose weight NOW. You have a dress to fit into, a reunion you are stressing about, or quite frankly want rekindle your relationship with both your mirror and scale again. You miss them!

Before I explain how you are going to lose 20 pounds in two short weeks, let me take a moment to review the scientific facts of weight loss. One pound is equal to 3500 calories of effort. Depending on your weight, height, age and level of activity, you require a certain amount of calories to stay the same weight you are now. You can find out this magic number using a calculator at any of a about a million weight loss websites – or ask your doctor.

To lose one pound, you must burn 3500 more calories than you consume. Doing the math, to lose 20 pounds in two weeks, you must burn an extra 70,000 calories in two weeks – or an extra 5000 calories a day. Keep reading! I’ll tell you how to accomplish this goal.

Part One:

You need energy to be active. You don’t want to starve your body. If you do it will panic and conserve every calorie you eat. Passing out whenever you stand up is not only embarrassing but may also lead to serious injury! You love food. You’d rather die than diet. So, guess what? On this plan, you get to eat 2000 calories a day. That’s a lot of food, but try to space it out. Also,
